If you have a keen interest in becoming a healthcare assistant or are a manager who has recruited a new worker with no experience this is the perfect course for you. We have built this session with the specific goal of preparing a new worker without experience to have the confidence to hit the ground running on their first shift in HSC. Topics have been carefully chosen to ensure statutory compliance with mandatory training and the course is structured so that the core skills of the healthcare assistant or adult support worker are practiced and assessed throughout the course. Each delegate receives a fee 185 page workbook and care manual and teaching is both in the classroom and the simulated bedside.
